-Handle Key Account customers which consigned by overseas, co-operation with overseas customers/overseas office and follow up the shipments. - Researching and analyzing the market trends. - Take enquiries from overseas office/agent and sourcing cost for air freight- Investigate and plan most appropriate route especially for air freight shipments. - Monitoring cargo movement and coordinate with operations to arrange as per customer’s requirements, - Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned customers/agents to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnership. -Study and clarify on RFQ Condition with overseas office/agents & customers on pricing strategy based on market’s trends/condition to achieve the target. - Coordinate with Key Account manager, Managing Director for assignment. - To create internal SOP according to customer’s requirement and align with operation team.
