• Job Description

  - Assist with installation, mounting, relocation, and removal of equipment in data center racks, including servers, network switches, routers, and related equipment.
  - Perform structured cabling and patching work using fiber optic and Ethernet cabling while following labeling, routing, and documentation standards.
  - Respond to assigned service tickets, work orders, and basic technical requests in a timely and professional manner.
  - Support routine operational activities including equipment power cycling, visual inspection, cable testing, and console-access setup.
  - Replace hardware components under supervision, including CPUs, memory, HDD/SSD devices, power supplies, NICs/transceivers, fans, and cables.
  - Assist with system deployment preparation, including operating-system installation and basic configuration as instructed.
  - Perform initial troubleshooting using approved tools and methods and escalate issues to senior technicians, technical teams, OEMs, or vendors when required.
  - Maintain accurate records of completed work, inventory movements, asset status, and operational activities using applicable tracking/DCIM systems.
  - Coordinate with senior technicians, data center facility staff, vendors, and suppliers during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
  - Follow all safety, security, access-control, and operational procedures and maintain a clean and organized data center working environment.
