  • Job Description

    - Visit clients' residences to conduct pre-move estimations and present company services.
    - Coordinate and manage moving, loading, and unloading schedules.
    - Provide on-site support on moving days, serving as the bridge between clients and field staff, and conduct final handover checks.
    - Engage in business development (cold calls, referrals, B2B sales during off-peak seasons).
    - Handle corporate client coordination.
    - Communicate and coordinate with the Japan HQ regarding overseas moves (Thailand to Japan / Japan to Thailand).
    - Verify customs clearance for shipments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Japanese JLPT N3 level required (JLPT N2 or higher is preferred)
    - Able to work on Saturday (AM time)

    [Advantage]
    - Good command of English
    - Driving lisence
