  Position Overview:
  We are looking for an experienced Accounting professional to oversee financial reporting, management accounting, tax compliance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese manufacturing environments, excellent communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of Thai tax regulations, BOI, and FBL.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Financial Closing & Operational Management
  - Review and verify financial closing numbers prepared by team members.
  - Manage accounting schedules and ensure timely and accurate closing processes.
  - Management Accounting & Financial Analysis
  - Conduct cash flow forecasting and manage profitability analysis by customer.
  - Coordinate and consolidate annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  - External Stakeholder Management
  - Lead operational negotiations and coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
