• Job Description

  - Provide legal advice and services on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  - Handle and advise on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate transactions.
  - Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  - Advise both Thai and international clients on corporate and commercial legal matters.
  - Conduct legal research and due diligence to support corporate transactions and investment activities.
  - Supervise, review, and manage the work of junior and mid-level lawyers to ensure high-quality legal services and timely delivery.
  - Manage client relationships, understand client needs, and provide practical and commercially oriented legal solutions.
  - Collaborate with other practice groups and stakeholders on complex legal matters and transactions.
