Job Description
- Develop and implement training and development programs for insurance sales teams.
- Design training courses covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer communication, and insurance requirements.
- Conduct training, coaching, role plays, and workshops for both new and experienced sales employees.
- Develop onboarding and development programs to improve sales capabilities.
- Monitor and improve the quality of sales activities, particularly for Telesales.
- Review sales quality and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Sales Supervisors and Sales Managers to identify sales challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
- Develop upskilling and reskilling programs to improve sales performance, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Support sales teams in improving product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and compliance.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding training, coaching, and sales quality improvement.
Qualifications
Requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- 3+ years of managerial experience.
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Development, Quality Assurance, or a related field within the insurance industry.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
- Knowledge of Health Insurance, Personal Accident (PA), and Motor Insurance.
Advantages:
