  Key Responsibilities
  
  1) Accounts Payable Management
  • Oversee and review accounts payable transactions, including trade and other payables.
  • Verify invoices, tax invoices, payment documents, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and control payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable balances.
  • Ensure timely monthly AP reconciliation.
  
  2) Accounting & Financial Management
  • Prepare monthly AP/AR reports and present key information to management.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow related to incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Ensure accounting processes comply with internal control policies and procedures.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Improve accounting processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  3) Team Management
  • Plan, manage, and develop the AP/AR accounting team.
  • Set team KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving accounting and operational issues.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their knowledge and performance.
