• Job Description

  - Manage budget performance for existing industrial customers and Japanese dealers, including monitoring actual results against targets and preparing performance reports.
  - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and Japanese dealers to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
  - Conduct monthly customer and dealer visits to discuss production trends, market conditions, customer requirements, and propose suitable products and solutions. Prepare and submit visit reports to the supervisor.
  - Handle customer inquiries, quotation requests, and equipment modification matters, coordinating with relevant internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
  - Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  - Prepare market data, analysis reports, and other assignments as requested by the supervisor.
