    【Job Description】
    - Process sales orders and answer customer questions.
    - Make price quotes and shipping cost estimates.
    - Prepare export and import paperwork, customs forms, and invoices, delivery notes, billing notes, receipts, etc.
    - Book trucks, ships, or air cargo for deliveries.
    - Follow up on delivery schedules, handle claims, and maintain sales records and databases.
    - Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and forwarders for import-export.
    - Facilitate communication between sales, engineers, clients, warehouse, and other departments.
    - Track shipments and resolve delivery delays.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Necessary Skill / Experience >
    Requirements:
    ・Business-level English
    ・Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks
    ・Demonstrated experience resolving customer or shipment issues and meeting delivery deadlines
