Job Description
- Manage overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure achievement of project objectives (QCD perspectives: Quality, Cost, and Delivery)
- Monitor project progress and follow up on open issues
- Report project status, risks, issues, and countermeasures to top management and make decisions or escalate to management when necessary
- Coordinate project activities among related departments
- Lead project review, approval, and lessons-learned activities
- Support projects aimed at improving work efficiency (projects that leverage IT to enhance work efficiency)
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in a project management position for product development
【Advantage】
- Understanding of the product development process, design review, prototype evaluation, and mass production preparation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate [Desktop, Cloud])
- TOEIC score of 860 or higher, JLPT N1
