  • Job Description

    - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across the CLMV markets.
    - Manage distributor performance, including sales targets, forecasts, inventory, distribution coverage, and payment collections.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and business partners.
    - Lead, coach, and support distributor sales teams to improve sales performance and market execution.
    - Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, territories, and customers to expand market coverage.
    - Conduct regular market visits and joint sales calls with distributor teams in both major cities and provincial areas.
    - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer feedback.
    - Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and distributor development strategies.
    - Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and other internal teams to support product launches and business growth.
    - Review sales performance, identify business risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, regional sales, or distributor management.
    - Proven experience managing distributors and distributor sales teams.
    - Experience in CLMV markets is highly preferred.
    - Background in FMCG, household products, consumer chemicals, food & beverage, agricultural products, or related industries is an advantage.
    - Strong sales leadership, business development, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    - Good command of written and spoken English.
    - Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the CLMV region.
    - Proactive, hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic international environment.
    - Valid driving license; overseas driving experience is an advantage.
