Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  - Minimum 3 years of experience in property insurance claims or a related field.
  - At least 1 year of experience in reconstruction, restoration, water mitigation, building repair, or related industries.
  - Experience in property damage estimating and repair scoping is highly preferred.
  - Background in construction, engineering, or related technical disciplines is an advantage.
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  - Experience with Verisk, Cotality, or similar claims management systems is an advantage.
  - Comfortable working with technology-driven platforms and digital solutions.
  - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  - Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
  - Relevant property claims licenses or the ability to obtain required certifications is an advantage.
  - Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and technology-driven environment.
