• Job Description

  - Developing and expanding new customer accounts and creating new business opportunities.
  - Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, including managing customer entertainment activities.
  - Coordinating with customers regarding pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and requirements.
  - Analyzing customer requirements, preparing quotations, and conducting commercial negotiations.
  - Monitoring and controlling new model projects from Request for Quotation (RFQ) until Start of Production (SOP) to achieve project timeline targets.
  - Coordinating with internal departments (Production, QA, Engineering, and Purchasing) to support customer projects.
  - Preparing sales reports, forecast reports, and customer satisfaction reports for management review.
  - Supporting and complying with Occupational Health & Safety policy and Quality Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949).
