  • Job Description

    - Inspect and sample incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and chemicals.
    - Review COA (Certificate of Analysis), Product Specifications, and quality-related documentation.
    - Perform quality testing of raw materials according to established procedures.
    - Approve, quarantine, or reject materials based on test results.
    - Verify packaging and labeling accuracy.
    - Prepare inspection reports and support product release approvals.
    - Investigate and analyze product quality issues and identify root causes.
    - Operate laboratory equipment such as HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and FT-IR.
    - Prepare reports and maintain quality records using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related fields.
    - Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or laboratory testing within food, supplement, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing is preferred.
    - Familiarity with quality documentation, COA review, and testing procedures.
    - Experience using analytical laboratory instruments is highly preferred.
    - Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
    - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
