• Job Description

  - Contact qualified suppliers to order materials according to the requirements and plans of each department, including handling related documents and procurement procedures.
  - Handle localization sourcing of raw materials and production spare parts.
  - Monitor suppliers’ production progress and follow up on order status. Be able to respond quickly and effectively to material issues or urgent customer requests.
  - Coordinate with other departments to properly manage warehouse stock and work with the finance department to ensure smooth payment processes.
  - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery methods with suppliers to achieve the best conditions while maintaining required quality standards.
  - Evaluate and manage existing suppliers.
  - Build and maintain good long-term relationships with suppliers.
  - Source and recruit new qualified suppliers.
  - Collaborate with other departments regarding purchasing of materials and equipment.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned.
