  • Job Description

    - Provide sales support and follow-up to Thai purchasing staff at client companies
    (handling delivery schedule changes, 4M change requests, new product inquiries, supplier sourcing, and cost estimation)
    - Communicate and coordinate remotely with a manager based in Chiang Mai
    - Support business operations during the manager’s monthly visit to the Bangkok office (approximately one week per month)
    - Handle sales of raw materials and industrial supplies to client factories (primarily imported from Japan)
    - Coordinate with the Bangkok office team for import documentation and logistics matters
    (inventory management, delivery arrangements, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
    - English: Business level
    - Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales assistant in a trading firm
    - Willingness to travel to Chiang Mai 1–2 times per month

    【Advantage】
    - Experience working independently with international partners
