Job Description
1. Handle email communication and daily coordination with overseas clients and partners
2. Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
5. Hanlde overall sales activities and related operational tasks interactively
6. Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets
7. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market
8. Monitor sales forecasts, order status, and inventory with partners
9. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, technical issues/request) to ensure smooth operations
10. Negotiate commercial terms and support business development initiatives
11. Exploit the potential client candidates and manage the whole process of deal with new clients
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry
- Experience in tire companies will be a strong advantage
- Good command of English (required for overseas/Asia sales)
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic approach to build up macro/micro sales plan with analytic toolsEnglish Level
