  • Job Description

    [Responsibilities]
    - Maintain existing customers (mainly overseas customers)
    - Maintain regular contact with customers and conduct customer visits
    - Review forecasts and secure new purchase orders and new project development
    - Build strong relationships to obtain NPI sample requests and new purchase orders
    - Achieve sales targets and increase market share and sales
    - Continuously learn about products and the market
    - Support the leader, manager, and team members
    - Identify new project opportunities with current and prospective customers
    - Respond to customer requests
    - Communicate with factories in Japan and other countries regarding delivery, quality, and documentation
    - Communicate with internal and external teams
    - Develop sales and business plans
    - Other assignments as requested by the leader/manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor in any degree
    - Japanese: JLPT N2/N1 (Internal and client communication)
    - English: Business Level 3
    - Having passion to learn, cheerful personality

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in B2B sales, including new client acquisition and business development
    - Experience in new product development or project-based sales
    - Marketing experience
