  • Job Description

    -Payment Processing: Execute daily payment transactions via online banking and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
    -Transaction Recording: Accurately record all cash and bank transactions into the accounting system (ERP).
    -Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the consistency between bank statements and internal financial records.
    -Document Management: Collect, verify, and systematically organize all payment-related supporting documents (Tax invoices, receipts, etc.).
    -Reporting & Audit Support: Assist in preparing daily/weekly cash flow reports and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Educational Background: A basic understanding of accounting or finance principles is preferred (Open to new graduates or those with related experience).
    Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in English or Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
    Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills with a focus on systematic document management and clear communication.
    Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility toward assigned tasks.
    Operational Excellence: Capable of managing routine administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
