  • Job Description

    - Research and analyze the hotel and real estate market in Thailand.
    - Identify and develop new business opportunities, including hotel deals and real estate projects.
    - Build and maintain relationships with key partners, property owners, brokers, and relevant stakeholders.
    - Negotiate business terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Track and report business development progress to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Logistics or Related fields
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Negotiation within the hotel or real estate industry.
    - Strong connections and network within the hotel, real estate, or related investment circles.
    - Understanding of both Thai and Chinese business cultures is a strong advantage.
    - Proficiency in Thai and English. Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
    - Excellent negotiation, market analysis, and partnership-building skills.
    - Confident, professional, and able to work under pressure.
