Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR & GA Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing daily operations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational growth within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal policies
- Manage General Affairs operations such as office administration, facilities management, and corporate support services
- Lead and supervise HR & GA staff, providing guidance and performance management
- Act as a key liaison between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
- Manager-level experience leading and managing HR and General Affairs functions independently
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Business-level English

- Proven experience managing teams, policies, and cross-functional coordination
