  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and control daily operations of both import and export teams to ensure smooth customs clearance processes
    • Provide consultation on customs-related matters and support handling of related operational tasks
    • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities regarding operational issues
    • Identify and summarize operational problems and submit reports to the General Manager or Managing Director
    • Support supervision and coordination of operational staff to maintain service standards
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in NVOCC operations and customs clearance
    • Solid understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Leadership and coordination skills with the ability to supervise operations
    • Ability to coordinate with management and external stakeholders
    • Have working experience in the Japanese company


    Advantage
