Job Description
- Provide brokerage services for buying and selling Japanese real estate to Thai clients
- Coordinate with Japan HQ on property viewings, contracts, and purchase procedures
- Translate and clearly explain Japanese real estate contracts to Thai clients
- Support end-to-end transaction processes and ensure smooth execution
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop and manage customer acquisition channels
- Learn Japanese real estate business structure through on-the-job training (first ~3 months)
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Japanese Language, or related fields
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above
- Strong communication skills in Thai and Japanese for professional business use
- Experience in real estate, customer service, consulting, or B2C sales is preferred
- Ability to understand and explain Japanese real estate procedures, regulations, and contracts
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, HQ, partners)
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn new knowledge
- Experience living in Japan is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plusEnglish Level
