  • Job Description

    - Support implementation and customer operations for a manufacturing-focused SaaS solution in Thailand
    - Accompany sales staff on client visits to assist communication and relationship building
    - Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation during client meetings
    - Prepare sales documents, presentations, and related materials
    - Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including follow-ups and basic product explanations
    - Handle communication and reporting with the head office in Japan (mainly in Japanese)
    - Assist with sales events such as product demos, exhibitions, and trade shows
    - Gather client feedback and market information and share insights internally
    - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
    - Perform other support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - Over 2 years of sales support experience for Japanese staff (BtoB, outbound)
    - Conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; able to provide interpretation for Japanese)

    【Advantaged】
    - Driver's license (company car provided)
    - Experience in the manufacturing industry (drawings, blueprints)
    - Existing client lists for manufacturing companies/factories
