  Job Overview:
  As the Regional Business Manager, you will lead the development, management, and educational infrastructure of our franchise and agency partners across the APAC region. This role is critical for strengthening our business foundation by revitalizing existing agencies, developing new partners, and redesigning training frameworks.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  1. Franchise & Agency Management
  - Strengthen collaboration with existing IP business partners.
  - Manage existing agencies within the APAC region and provide support to improve their performance.
  - Plan and execute educational programs tailored for agencies.
  - Design KPIs and perform continuous performance monitoring.
  - Build strong relationships with partners and provide solutions to operational challenges.
  
  2. New Business Development
  - Identify and recruit prospective new agencies within the APAC market.
  - Lead contract negotiations and establish onboarding systems for new partners.
  - Establish a sustainable pipeline for future agency partnerships.
  
  3. Training & Organizational Development
  - Design a standardized educational framework for all agencies.
  - Develop sales support tools and training content.
  - Construct an organized training and development framework.
  
  4. Governance & Strategy
  - Review and improve franchise agreement contents to align with regional strategies.
  - Strengthen risk management and compliance structures.
  - Formulate and execute mid-term strategies for the APAC region
