  Job Summary :
  The Lab Engineer will be responsible for conducting chemical and instrumental analysis using ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) analytical equipment to support precious metal analysis, quality control, and process improvement activities. This role requires a strong chemical background and hands-on experience with ICP instruments in a laboratory environment.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Perform elemental analysis using ICP analytical instruments (ICP-OES / ICP-MS) accurately and efficiently.
  - Prepare samples, reagents, and standard solutions for chemical analysis.
  - Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot ICP instruments to ensure reliable analytical results.
  - Analyze test data, verify accuracy, and prepare analysis reports in accordance with internal standards.
  - Support quality control activities and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and safety regulations.
  - Assist in method development, validation, and improvement of analytical procedures.
  - Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
  - Coordinate with internal departments to support production, R&D, or quality-related requirements.
  - Follow ISO or other relevant quality management systems and laboratory best practices.
