• Job Description

  1 Installation & Commissioning
  - Installation and commissioning of food processing machinery imported from the Japan head office (rice processing, onigiri, sushi-related machines, etc.)
  - Verification of power supply, air supply, and operating conditions
  - Trial runs, final adjustments, and performance checks
  - Support for mass production start-up at customer factories
  
  2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  - Preventive maintenance and periodic inspections
  - Troubleshooting and repair in case of machine breakdowns
  - Replacement and adjustment of consumable parts
  - Emergency response to minimize production downtime
  
  3. Technical Support & Operation Training
  - Providing machine operation and maintenance training to operators and maintenance staff
  - Advising customers on production optimization and quality improvement
  - Ensuring proper machine usage in accordance with Japanese quality standards
  
  4. Service Documentation
  - Preparation of service reports and work completion reports
  - Management of spare parts lists and maintenance history
