  • Job Description

    - Support Project Manager in overall project execution, including cost & budget control, scheduling, coordination, contracts, QA/QC, installation, commissioning, and handover.
    - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
    - Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and documentation in accordance with QMS requirements.
    - Work with supply chain and logistics teams for procurement, pricing, QA/QC, shipping documents, and on-time delivery.
    - Ensure project activities comply with QMS, EHS, and company HR policies.
    - Prepare, review, and submit engineering and project-related documents; coordinate permits and approvals when required.
    - Support site installation, testing, commissioning, and client coordination as instructed.
    - Provide support to Sales & Business Development and perform other tasks as assigned, including travel and site assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical)
    - Minimum 10 Years of experience in the EPC project management field (including site installation & commissioning) is essential.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Water Treatment field is advantage
    - Good communication skills and proficiency in English communication is essential.
    - Knowledge of other languages, English, etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project software is advantage
