Job Description
- Support the sales team in daily operations and customer service.
- Coordinate with local customers and overseas agents regarding shipment details.
- Work closely with internal teams such as shipping, operations, and trucking companies.
- Follow up and check import and export documents with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customers to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support (Preferably Frieght Forwarder Business)
- Basic understanding of international logistics and freight forwarding processes.
- Responsible, service-minded, and able to solve problems effectively.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Able to use MS Office (Word / Excel)English Level
