    - Identify and develop new business opportunities in HR, Talent, and Learning functions
    - Pitch training solutions, leadership programs, and learning services to corporate clients
    - Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR, L&D, and management teams
    - Manage the sales pipeline, deliver proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
    - Collaborate closely with trainers, operations, and program teams to ensure successful delivery
    - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    - Monitor industry and competitor trends
    - Represent the brand at events, networking functions, and client sites

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Required:
    - Experience in acquiring new clients, not only handling existing clients
    - 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
    - Experience in HR, training, consulting, coaching, or L&D solutions
    - Ability to travel to customer meetings frequently
    - Communicative English skill

    Advantage:
