    - Support sales to make Quotation,Purchase order
    - Maintain good relationship with existing customers and suppliers
    - Deal with suppliers ,customers
    - Control schedule deliver
    - Compare price from supplier
    - Follow up produce on plan deliver
    - Communicate and coordinate with the sales team
    - The other as assigned
    ※There are about 3 or 4 overseas business trips in half a year.
    But the staff is now unable to go abroad due to the influence of Covid-19.

    ※The company has a car and a driver.
    No need for own car and driver license

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - 0-3 years of sales coordinator/import-export fields (New grad are welcome)
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 level)
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in chemical industry
    - Good computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
