  • Job Description

    1. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, and provide timely reports to the management team.
    2. Being responsible for transaction processing for GL, AP, AR and project management accounting.
    3. Liaising with Tax and Accounting auditors regarding year end audits.
    4. Conducting the reconciliation of fixed assets, AP and accruals and other related accounts as assigned.
    5. Encourage and adopt policies and strategies to finance and accounting works.
    6. Balance Sheet reconciliation.
    7. Perform Actual and Forecast cash flow statement.
    8. Perform month end and year end closing.
    9. Ensure all process that are conducted without fraud and develop a protection plan against fraud.
    10. Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems.
    11. Able to analyze and suggest proper accounting methods, policies, principles, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Have Over 7 experiences in Accounting Manager from Manufacturing. CPD License is required.
    - Have a strong understanding of financial principles and techniques.
    - Should receive training in interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and other soft skills, as these are critical to their success in the role.
    - Have technology knowledge in using financial tools, such as spreadsheet software and accounting software and SAP.
    - Knowledge of capital budgeting, investment analysis, financial possibilities, and financial management methods are among the corporate finance abilities.
    - Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, create financial models, and provide insights to support decision-making.
    -The ability to work effectively with other departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to support the organization's financial goals.
    - The ability to manage complex financial information and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports and statements.
