  • Job Description

    [Job scope]
    - Execute GAAP conversions from local GAAP to IFRS.
    - Manage matters in related to local statutory audits in each country of operation and support financial reporting activities.
    - Develop, maintain, and support VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) scripts to enhance financial reporting processes.
    - Facilitate communication and coordination with accounting teams across more than 10 countries.
    - Identify accounting procedures and contributing to the development of improvement plans.
    - Implementing initiatives aimed at optimizing financial reporting processes.
    - Provide regular updates and reports to senior supervisors on project status and key findings.
    - Enable accurate and timely forecasting of the group tax rate and acceleration of tax reporting close
    - Secure financial transactions with validating supporting under company policy and internal control
    - Other financial and/or accounting related tasks are to be performed as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree of accountancy or equivalent
    - Minimum 3 years experience in financial analysis/Accounting
    - Good command of English (Level 3 or above is must)
    - Good communication skills
    - Highly versatile and adaptable, able to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities

    【Advantage】
    - Experiences in taxation
    - Experiences in Big4 Firm is preferred
    - Experience of Global Cash Management
    - Global Project with subsidiaries
    - Cashflow projection (biweekly, monthly, quarterly) based on spreadsheet (not depending on systems)
    - Having CPA, CPD license is preferred
    - Excel VBA
