• Job Description

  - Responsibility of maintenance plans for machinery and oversee the installation and dismantling of machines
  - Plan work procedures for subordinates to ensure maximum efficiency, with consideration for work safety.
  - Supervise subordinates to ensure that machinery maintenance is completed according to the planned schedule.
  - Supervise external contractors to ensure their work is completed according to the set plan.
  - Provide guidance and training on machine operation procedures to subordinates, including the preparation of various Work Instructions (WI).
  - Inspect the results of machinery repairs performed by technicians and develop preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
  - Check and place orders for machine spare parts required for maintenance (PM, Overhaul, Stock).
  - Conduct improvement activities in various areas (QCC, KAIZEN, 5S & Safety Patrol, CCCF).
  - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  - Control and inspect maintenance tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
