Job Description
- Execute talent and succession policies to ensure a ready pool for current and future business needs.
- Plan and develop training and development programs for talent pool members.
- Organize and coordinate the Assessment Center according to plan, ensuring participants are well informed through effective communication.
- Manage and support all activities related to organization development projects such as culture transformation, including communication, leadership development, processes and systems, organization and structure.
- Data management and reporting: responsible for managing HR data and reports related to HRD work.
- Serve as an internal instructor and develop training courses and activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HRD duties and projects delegated by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Minimum 3 years experiences in HR, OD or related field.
-Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
-Strong in effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Growth Mindset and self-motivated.
-Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
-Ability to lead key assignments and/or execute critical tasks independently.English Level
