Business: ConstructionLocation: RatchaburiJob Summary:Responsible for managing and controlling all purchasing activities to ensure that the procurement of goods, materials, and services is conducted efficiently in accordance with company policies, while achieving cost effectiveness and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement domestic purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s operational needs.• Negotiate with local suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, required quality standards, and timely delivery.• Supervise, manage, and develop the domestic purchasing team.• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and resolve potential issues such as delivery delays or quality discrepancies.• Coordinate with related departments such as Production, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure smooth purchasing operations.• Prepare accurate purchasing reports and related documentation.• Continuously improve purchasing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
