    - Sales data aggregation and confirmation of receipts and payments.
    - Payroll calculation and disbursement
    - Processing and payment for various factory purchases (raw materials/expenses)
    - Creating invoices for product shipments within Thailand
    - Petty cash management
    - Fixed asset management for the factory
    - Communication with accounting firm (monthly and annual closing, etc.)
    - Manage 1 accounting member
    - Report to the MD and Japan HQ
    - Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Female, age 32-45
    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    - At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant at a Factory environment
    - English: Conversational level
    - Able to commute by him/herself

    [Advantage]
    - Experience with consolidated financial statements with Japan

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

  • Other Language

    Japanese
