Job Description
**Maintenance of Machinery:**1. Ensure that all machinery in the factory is well-maintained and operates at maximum efficiency.2. Carry out preventive maintenance plans, regularly inspect machinery, and resolve issues immediately to reduce downtime, improve production efficiency, and extend machinery lifespan.**Electrical System Maintenance:**1. Oversee and manage the factory's electrical systems, including lighting, power supply, and safety control systems.2. Regularly inspect electrical systems, panels, and wiring to detect potential issues and take immediate corrective actions to ensure the electrical system operates safely and efficiently, minimizing the risk of power failures or accidents.**Preventive Maintenance Planning:**1. Design and implement preventive maintenance plans for all machinery and electrical systems in the factory.2. Analyze machine performance data and plan maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and unexpected downtime, ensuring uninterrupted production.**Supervision and Training of the Maintenance Team:**1. Manage the maintenance team and provide necessary training, hold regular team meetings, set operational goals, and train the team on machinery and new maintenance techniques.2. Improve team skills, reduce repair time, and maintain high standards in machinery and electrical system maintenance.**Coordination with Production and Engineering Departments:**1.
