Job Description
-Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, system to achieve business objectives which comply with labor laws and regulations
-Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
-Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), create plans, and evaluate employee performance.
-Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process, schedule interviews with relevant parties.
-Oversee time-attendance records, summarize information on absences, lateness, and generate reports.
-Manage documents related to visa/work permit applications and renewals, as well as 90-day report.
-Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government agencies, such as tax authorities and social security offices
-Process payroll and calculate commissions, overtime, housing allowances, etc., and prepare reports for tax submissions (Form P.N.D. 1).
-Manage compensation and benefits such as annual health checks, group insurance, provident fund, company party, gift baskets, etc.
-Manage lease agreements for office and vehicles, working with building management on parking and office decorations.,
-Collaborate with external IT providers for computer systems and cybersecurity
-Coordinate with the security company responsible for office security.
-Manage fuel card and toll pass matters.
-Oversee purchasing and ordering of gifts for clients, such as diaries, calendars, and greeting cards for the New Year.
-Manage ordering and disbursement of company supplies and prepare related expense documentation.
-Coordinate and arrange employee training, both internal and external, and prepare summaries.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
-At least 5 years of experience as Human Resource Management
-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
-Knowledge of management, personnel development and performance evaluation
- Able to communicate in English

- 1-3 years of experience in team management or as a supervisorEnglish Level
