Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager
- Providing general administrative support to the company.
- Maintain the HR database and personnel files.
- Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of personnel data.
- Manage employee records such as Attendance, leave records, filling, making a report & Log records etc.
- Establish and maintain Labor contracts, secure compliance with the Labor Law.
- Overseeing office supplies and services, setting up desks and equipment for new hires.
- Assist to HR Manager such as PC setting for new hires, etc.
- Handle VISA/Work Permit application and 90days report to immigration (for foreign employee).
- Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.
- Enlisting the support of hiring managers, who will source and vet applications initially.
- Coordinate with hiring managers in interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individuals.
- Extending job offers to each prospective candidate.
- Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
- Overseeing incumbents' onboarding processes.
- Involves with day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources (any industry)
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Good command of EnglishEnglish Level
