Job Description

- This role involves 70% accounting tasks and 30% administrative responsibilities- Manage accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and payment processing- Prepare and submit tax reports (PND 1, 3, 53, VAT), corporate tax calculations, and financial statements for audits- Handle accounts receivable and payable, inventory reconciliation, and generate sales, expense, and cash flow reports- Liaise with government agencies for compliance tasks, including document submissions to the Revenue Department, BOI, and Social Security Office- Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll processing, employee registrations, welfare applications, and updating company policies per Thai labor law- Maintain employee records, secure company data, and support general administrative operations as required- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
