• Job Description

  1. Plan, control, and manage production processes to achieve production targets.
  2. Ensure product quality meets company standards and safety requirements.
  3. Supervise and manage production staff, including training and performance development.
  4. Analyze production problems and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  5. Control production costs and minimize waste and control the production plan.
  6. Create the production plan, follow the sales plan, and coordinate with relevant departments.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and other standards (e.g., ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, or relevant standards).
  8. Analyze bottlenecks and improve work processes to align with company standards.
