  • Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Set vision, goals, strategies, main plans for the Sales department to drive revenue growth.
    • Sales activities, visit new customers and existing customers to enhance customer relationships.
    • Manage, Lead and Mentor sales team members.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
    • Summary sales report, sales status and report to Japanese MD.
    • Other tasks assigned by Japanese MD.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:

    • Thai nationality, age 30 - 40 years old
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Have experience as Sales and team management (have subordinate)
    • Japanese skill will be advantage
    • Having driving license is a must
    • Good personality, good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in a team
    • Able to use Microsoft Office
    • Having experience with factory customers is preferable.
