  • Job Description

    - Support budget management by collecting sales data and providing reports.
    - Review sales progress and alerts and share relevant data to relevant departments as needed.
    - Support sales and order progress management, business plan management, and monthly forecasting
    - Collect distributor sales operation data (retail sales/inventory) and prepare reports reflecting market realities with subordinates for budget management.
    - Coordinate business plan targets with related departments (internal/external) while obtaining internal consensus, and present forecast figures for sales by legal entity/order progress.
    - Collect and manage business data of agents and end-users, and provide business support at the call center.
    - Coordination with related departments (internal/external)
    - Administrative duties in the planning team
    ‐ Reporting to head office and upper management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, Age 35 - 45 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    - Minimum 10 years of Revenue or budget management
    - Management experience (4-5 people)
    - English: Business Lv. (TOEIC 700, IELTS 6)

    【Advantage】
    - Able to communicate in Japanese
