  • Job Description

    - Manage a high volume of immigration cases, both BOI and non-BOI applications.
    - Assist the clients in obtaining their work permits and visas including other immigration services; including but not limited to Re-entry permit, 90-day report, visa cancellation, visa transfer, revision of address in work permit, etc.
    - Communicate and coordinate with the foreign assignees / local HR / Global Mobility Partner.
    - Keep track and input data in system and activity report in Excel.
    - Issue invoices by using Internal system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in B.A. or any related field, major in English is preferable (but not a condition)
    - Proficient in English both written and verbal (leading the weekly calls with clients in English)
    - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience across different immigration categories, e.g. Non-BOI and BOI, IEAT
    - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
    - Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
    - Excellent understanding of data integrity and GDPR/PDPA
    - Customer services oriented, optimistic, enthusiastic, team player and able to work under pressure
    - Able to operate PC, MS Office, Microsoft Outlook email, internet, etc.
