  • Job Description

    - Lead, design, develop, collaborate, and communicate employees at all levels and implement all HR functions.
    - Responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end functions of all HR department including hiring, compensation and benefits, organization development and enforcing company policies and practices.
    - Partner and collaborate with management teams to understand business strategy and develop HR strategy and tools to support the business requirement and drive business growth.
    - Develop and implement all HR solutions, policies, procedures and HRIS to align with business strategy, market practices, labor law and all relevant requirements.
    - Support and consult with line managers and all employees in all related HR functions.
    - Monitor and conduct all HR operation process, performance, and budgeting.
    - Create & Drive employee experience Employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, ages between 38-48 years old
    - Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
    - At least 10 years working experience in all of HR functions experience with at least 5 years in a managerial level.
    - Ability to lead and facilitate HR&GA functions as well as create and implement new HR&GA solutions to support corporate growth and new context.
    - Good negotiation and communication skills.
    - Strong management skills, Leadership, problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.
    - Experience in large manufacturing companies.
    - Experience in Manufacturing company which company size 500-1,000 employees up.
    - English skill in Business Level (TOEIC 650 up)
