  Target :Get opportunity for getting FC of our brand and support and contact and negotiate with landlord open 200 franchise stores across 5 or more original brands and sub franchised brands by 2030.
  
  <For FC 70%>
  1 Get information about FC show and preparation, exhibit (TFBO and so on)
  2 Search for channel to get FC (online, food association, direct contact to big franchisee, any connection)
  3 Communicate with singapore BD and prepare target KPI
  4 Contact with FC and explain about our brand
  5 Make estimate budget for store and investment plan
  6 Make (revise) FC contract and process to start FC
  7 Support and keep communucating with FC owner
  8 Admin jobs for FC (continuous updating of FC material, printing, ordering)
  9 Explain our mission and guideline to FC owner with Japanese
  10 Renew FC contract after expriation
  11 Keep collecting competitor info

  1 Communicate with landloads
  2 Negotiate rental fee, contract period
  3 Looking for space for new store, get information, and evaluate (traffic, competitor, spending power…)
  4 Explain and understand our brand to landloads and owner
  5 Keep contacting all landlords about vacant space/space will be vacant soon
