    [Job details]
    - Achieve budgeted sales target and profit based on company direction
    - Perform sales activities and negotiation with the customers
    - Promote company product with customers.
    - Analyzing the new market and improve or develop business plan.
    - Handle technical specification to serve customer requirement
    - Sales of optical products (equipment, components, units)
    - Related industries include printed circuit boards, medical, plastics, automobiles, semiconductors, sanitary products, etc.
    - Management of sales staff (2 Sales staff)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree
    - Minimum 5 sales experience in a manufacturing sales company
    - At least 3 years in team management (This skill is more important than sales experience)
    - Good command of written and spoken English
    ‐ Have driving license and own a car

    【Advantage】
    ‐ Good experience eletronic, machine and light source business
    - Japanese skill would be advantage
    - A growth mindset, Self-starter, self-motivated
    - Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), email and Internet
