• Job Description

  Import/Export Duty 70%, Interpreter Duty 30%
  
  - Internal and external translations, mainly for Thai staff
  - Translation from Thai to Japanese and Japanese to Thai
  - Responsible for document translation, meeting translation, and internal communication.
  - Responding to customer inquiries, receiving orders, forecasting, and following up on delivery dates.
  - Preparation of business-related documents
  - (Invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, debit notes, etc.).
  - Manage order and delivery process to meet customer requirements (claims handling, emergency deliveries).
  - Liaise with relevant departments to support customer requirements
  - Regularly update business data reports
  - Other duties as directed
