Job Description
Provide pre-sales and post-sales service to customers, including product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
Conduct quality checks on instruments to ensure standards are met before delivery to customers.
Support sales by presenting product knowledge and information to customers.
Deliver demonstrations and ensure customers comprehend instrument operation.
Regularly update product knowledge and demonstration skills for new and existing products.
Install and troubleshoot instrument hardware and software.
Provide product training and customer support to new and existing customers.
Analyze customer issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency or resolve problems.
Communicate with customers to gather information about their needs and expectations regarding the product or service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Medical Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device product roles or in the healthcare industry.
Experience providing product support for medical instruments, including demonstrations, installation, troubleshooting, or training.
Ability to drive and to travel domestically for work and internationally for training.
Demonstrated interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills through customer-facing activities (for example, presentations and training).English Level
